How beautiful are the stories that begin with a yes! Those stories in which we let ourselves go, in which we approach the future without pressure, without worrying about the outcome... Those stories where the only important thing is to enjoy each experience and those who accompany us in them. A friend, a work colleague, a family member, or someone who fate has placed in your path by mere chance... Like Tamara (who you can see looking so radiant in the image at the top of this post). Tamara Arnáez de la Cruz is her full name, and she is the founder of the brand "Stories that start with a yes".. If you have the chance to meet Tamara at some point, or if you decide to work with her, be sure to ask her why she chose that name for her brand. I can think of few things more romantic and charming. I won't reveal it to you, because the nice thing is to let her do it herself... I was captivated by it 🙂
How nice the stories that start with a yes - and the first times!
I met Tamara because she was the photographer chosen to shoot the Bridal shoes of Clara, one of the two "model-family" (as I like to call them) who appear in the Bohemian images. Tamara shoots events (Bridal shoess and christenings - some communions, as long as they take place outside the spring season), family shoots, couple shoots (including pre-Bridal shoes and post-Bridal shoes, always within her style), product shoots and campaigns for brands. The first time I met her I did so in an emblematic place in Cádiz: a little open-air terrace next to the Nueva Catedral, as the locals themselves call it with that irresistible grace that is so irresistible and so much theirs. This jewel overlooking the sea in our beautiful south. A captivating place with its own personality... Just like Tamara herself. There we had a coffee, chatted for a long time and connected immediately. And there we decided that Stories that start with a yes and Bohemianhad to do something together. We were both looking forward to it, so we arranged to do a shooting. The end of September and Seville was the chosen time and place.

I never tire of saying that what I am most grateful for in my brand and my work is the opportunity it gives me to meet wonderful people, and the value that each and every interaction with you has for me. Tamara is a clear example of this. Someone who, despite her youth, exudes maturity, serenity, sweetness, generosity, responsibility and affection. A few minutes with her helped me to appreciate once again the extent to which people can be "beautiful". But Tamara goes beyond that. Because she transfers this way of being to her work. From the beginning I was struck by her attention to detail, her self-demanding nature, her meticulousness, her rigour loaded with sweetness and the time invested in the preparation of the session. Weeks before, he had already sent me a dossier typical of the best professionals. Something that filled me with confidence. I knew I had found the best professional. There was no doubt in my mind.
The result is unbeatable. A couple of days of intense work in a magical city and images that exude sweetness, passion, calm and affection. Without artifice, without poses. Reflections of his brand and mine. And most importantly, a job full of enjoyment, personality and naturalness... We ended up very tired, yes, but happy for a unique experience.
These lines serve as my humble and sincere thanks to Tamara. My great discovery of this rare year. Thank you, Tamara, for putting so much light in it... That light that loves you, that looks for you, and that makes your photos exude pure magic and spontaneity. I send you a very, very strong hug.
