Our conditions for returns and size exchanges depend on the destination of the package. Select the corresponding flag to know the conditions that apply to you.

MAINLAND SPAIN, BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL

In order for you to verify your exact size, the first size change of each model is free of charge. It is FREE.

Please note that when a size change is requested, no returns will be accepted on the second pair received.

At Bohemian we make sure that the shoes reach you in perfect condition. However, for items that may have a manufacturing defect, the cost of returning and shipping a new product will be borne by Bohemian.

As for returns, those that are not due to a manufacturing defect, shall be borne by the customer. In this case, the item will be picked up by Bohemian at the customer's address, or may be deposited by the customer in the MRW franchise of his choice.

The customer can make the return by his own means to our offices in C/Jazmín nº38, 28033 MADRID (Phone: +34 913834630). In this case, Bohemian is not responsible for what may occur during shipment, and the costs of the return will be charged by the transport company chosen by the customer. For this type of return, the period of 14 days will be considered from the date of receipt of the order by the customer, until delivery to the transport company that the customer chooses to perform it.

Both the product and the packaging must arrive at the facilities of Bohemian in the same condition in which they were received. Once both have been checked at destination, Bohemian will refund the amount paid by the customer, from which will be deducted the following amounts for transport and handling costs:

Mainland Spain and Portugal: 8,00 €.

Balearic Islands: 15,00 €.

If the shoes are returned in a different state than the original, Bohemian will not make the refund of the amount paid, but the return of the shoes to the customer; in this case, it will be the customer who will be responsible for the payment of the postage of the new shipment.

Bohemian will not accept any returns that are not made in accordance with the "SIZE CHANGE / RETURN PROCEDURE" section below.

REST OF EUROPE

For the rest of the European countries (outside Spain and Portugal), the return costs for any reason, except manufacturing defect, shall be borne by the customer. Shipping costs arising from returns attributable to manufacturing defect shall be borne by Bohemian.

SIZE EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCEDURE (CONDITIONS FOR SPAIN AND PORTUGAL)

Both exchanges and returns must be initiated by completing and sending the form included for this purpose at the bottom of this page.

When it is necessary to request SIZE CHANGEyou must follow the steps below:

  1. The request must be made by filling out the form that exists for this purpose in the section "Size changes and returns on the website".

Bohemian will reply to your email telling you how to proceed. I will summarize it below:

An operator of the transport company (MRW) will come to your home to bring you the new pair and will pick up the old one at the same time. You will have to pack the shoes in the original bag or any other bag and close it with packing tape to protect the content. You do not need to include any label.

It is important that you indicate whether you want the collection to be made in the morning or in the afternoon (by filling in the corresponding box on the form) because Bohemian will make a single collection attempt, within the time indicated by the customer. In the event that the shoes cannot be picked up by the transport company due to absence at the address during the time indicated by the customer, the customer undertakes to return the shoes at his own expense.

When what you want is a RETURNyou will have to follow the next steps:

  1. The request must be made by filling out the form that exists for this purpose in the section "Size changes and returns on the website".

You will have to indicate whether you want the carrier to pick up the shoes at your home address, or drop them off at the MRW office of your choice.

Once the shoes have been received at destination, Bohemian will refund the amount paid by the customer within a period not exceeding ten days from receipt. The following amounts will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer, as transport and handling costs:

Mainland Spain and Portugal: 8,00 €.

Balearic Islands: 15,00 €.

Bohemian will not accept returns that are not made in accordance with this section. Similarly, shoes that are returned with signs of use or deterioration will not be accepted. In both cases, the company will deposit the shoes returned by the customer at the MRW office at C/Jazmín 38 in Madrid. The customer will be responsible for contacting that office to recover them personally or request that they be sent to him/her, taking charge of the shipping costs.

The customer may request a size change within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been used, is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Size changes that exceed this period will not be accepted, being the customer responsible for recovering the shoes personally or requesting that they be sent to him/her, being responsible for the shipping costs in this case.

The customer may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been used, is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns that exceed this period will not be accepted, being the customer responsible for recovering the shoes personally or requesting that they be sent to him/her, being responsible for the shipping costs in this case.

We are sure that you will love our shoes. However, if for any reason this is not the case, Bohemian we will reimburse you the amount paid within 10 days from the reception of the product at origin.

In order to accept a return, please note the following points:

  • The sole must be intact. To preserve the sole and the integrity of the shoe intact, we recommend that you always try them on with a shoehorn on a non-abrasive surface (ideally a carpet). This aspect is very important.
  • The packaging must be received at our offices in the same condition in which you received it. In case of damage, the amount of 10,00€ will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

RETURN CONDITIONS (EUROPEAN COUNTRIES OTHER THAN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL)

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS:

  1. REQUEST THE RETURN BY MAIL TO devoluciones@bohemian-shoes.com WITHIN A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT. PLEASE LET US KNOW THE REASON FOR THE RETURN, SHOULD YOU THINK IT WILL HELP US IMPROVE
  1. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED:
  • IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE. THEY MUST NOT BE WORN OR DAMAGED.

  • UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE ITEM IN OUR WAREHOUSE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
  • WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEND US THE ITEM BY COURIER OR CERTIFIED MAIL AND THAT YOU KEEP THE PROOF OF SHIPMENT.
  • SHIPPMENT COSTS FOR RETURN WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. BOHEMIAN WILL NOT ACCEPT REVERSE CHARGES.
  1. ONCE THE ARTICLE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AT OUR ATELIER, YOU WILL GET A REFUND NO LATER THAN TEN DAYS UPON RECEPTION.

THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED BY THE SAME MEANS OF PAYMENT USED FOR PURCHASE. 

BOHEMIAN WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF USED OR DAMAGED ARTICLES (AS LONG AS IT IS NOT A DEFECT AND/OR QUALITY OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT). IN THE CASE OF AN ARTICLE HAVING QUALITY / MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, IT SHALL BE RETURNED BY THE COSTUMER. UPON RECEPTION IN OUR WAREHOUSE, THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED, INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS.
