CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

These general terms and conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our virtual shop, www.bohemian-shoes.com, hereinafter referred to as The Seller. For more information about The Seller and our Privacy Policy, please consult the Legal Notice.

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and our Privacy Policy carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Privacy Policy, you should not place an order.

1.- IDENTIFICATION.

The Seller is a business unit belonging to PAULECHA SLU (BOHEMIAN SHOES), with Tax Identification Number: B72665078, domiciled at Alcalde Hevia nº 1. 36003, Pontevedra, Spain. 2.- ACTIVITY.

The Seller is engaged in online selling, preferably via the Internet, of footwear.

3.- CONTENTS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. The Seller makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained in the web in a truthful manner and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type were to occur, beyond the Seller's control, it would be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a client has made a purchase, The Seller will communicate this error to the client in order to cancel it. In the event that the amount of the purchase has been paid, said amount will be refunded by the Seller.

The contents of The Seller's website may, on occasion, show provisional information about some products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on his part.

No content of the website may be used by others without the express written consent of the brand owner.

4.- SALES SYSTEM.

To make an online purchase, the user will have to carry it out exclusively through our website, www.bohemian-shoes.com. However, there are other ways of contacting us (see 'Contact') if, before making a purchase, you need to make a specific enquiry that influences your purchasing decision.

5.- APPLICABLE TAXES.

The prices of the products displayed on The Seller's website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) which, where applicable, may be applicable.

6.- FORM OF PAYMENT.

When placing the order, the customer can choose between several payment options: bank transfer, payment via the PayPal e-commerce platform (an additional 3% of the order total will be charged) or card payment via the Redsys system. All payment alternatives guarantee the security and confidentiality of the transaction carried out between the customer and the Seller.

For the bank transfer it will be necessary to contact us in order to place the order with this method. Once the order has been placed, the transfer must be made within 24 hours after the purchase process, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

In certain cases and in order to prevent possible fraud, the Seller reserves the possibility of asking a customer for a specific form of payment in the event that the identity of the buyer is not reliably accredited.

7.- COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES.

The customer will be able to select the delivery method from among those available for his delivery area. It must be taken into account that the delivery times, the quality of service, the delivery point and the cost will be different for each form of transport. The Seller sends orders to its customers through different transport companies of recognised national and international prestige.

Orders placed via the website are subject to availability.

  • NOTE 1: ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO THERE BEING NO DELAYS DUE TO POSSIBLE CUSTOMS DETENTIONS (CAUSES NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE TRANSPORT COMPANY).

  • NOTE 3: AMOUNTS VALID UP TO TWO PAIRS. FOR MORE THAN TWO PAIRS, EACH ADDITIONAL PAIR WILL BE TREATED AS A NEW SHIPMENT.

8.- CHANGES AND RETURN POLICY.

So that you can check the exact size you are wearing, the first return for size change does not imply any cost for you, the change is FREE! The second or subsequent returns will involve the payment of shipping costs.

For returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect or size change, including model changes, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS FOR ANY REASON OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA AND PORTUGAL

For other areas and countries (outside the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal), the costs of return for any reason, except manufacturing defect, shall be borne by the customer. Shipping costs arising from returns attributable to manufacturing defects shall be borne by Bohemian.

REFUND PROCEDURE

The return process is very simple, we take care of everything!

When it is necessary to request a return, the item will be collected from the customer's home by the transport company (MRW). To do this you must follow the following steps:

1.- Returns must be requested via the contact email address (info@bohemian-shoes.com), indicating the order number and the reason for which you wish to return the product ("return", "change of model" or "change of size"). In the case of requesting an exchange of model and size, we will also need you to specify which model and size you want to be sent to you.

Please also let us know when you would like the delivery company to come to your home to collect your order. Please give us a margin of 48 hours so that we can organise the collection at the time of your choice.

2.- Bohemian will send you an email or contact you by telephone to confirm the collection of the item at the address you have indicated.

The deadline for requesting returns is 14 days from receipt of the product. To make things easier for you, in specific periods or dates such as Christmas, we will extend this period. These extensions will be published on our website before each campaign.

We are sure you will love our shoes. However, if for any reason this is not the case, Bohemian will reimburse you the amount paid within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please take into account the conditions of return that you have read in the preceding paragraphs, especially with regard to the cost of collection and shipment to Bohemian of the returned products.

In order to accept a return, please note the following points:

  • Shoes must not have been worn or damaged.
  • The sole must be intact. To preserve the sole and the integrity of the shoe intact, we recommend that you always try them on with a shoehorn on a non-abrasive surface (chicly a carpet). This aspect is very important.
  • The shipment must be in the same condition and packaging in which you received it.
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the order.

9.- OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT.

The client of The Seller undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration forms or when placing an order, and to keep them updated at all times.

The customer undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in the present Conditions of Purchase, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried out by the Seller.

You also undertake to keep your personal access codes to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence.

The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address to which the requested order can be delivered during normal delivery hours (Monday to Friday). In the event of non-compliance by the customer with this obligation, the Seller shall have no liability for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.

10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION.

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
