CONDITIONS FOR MAINLAND SPAIN, THE BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL
In order for you to verify your exact size, the first size change of each model is free of charge. IT'S FREE.
Please note that when a size change is requested, no returns will be accepted on the second pair received.
At Bohemian we make sure that the shoes arrive to you in perfect condition. However, for items that may have a manufacturing defect, Bohemian will send you a new pair.
As for returns, those that are not due to a manufacturing defect will be at the customer's expense. In this case, the customer can choose between three options:
- That the item is picked up by Bohemian at the customer's address.
- The customer deposits the item at the MRW franchise of his choice.
- That the customer returns the item by the procedure it deems appropriate. In the latter case, the item must be sent to our offices in C/Jazmín nº38, 28033 MADRID (Phone: +34 913834630). For this type of return, the period of 14 days will be considered from the date of receipt of the order by the customer, until the date of receipt of the product in our warehouse. As this is a process carried out by the customer and outside Bohemian, the brand is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transport.
For returns, both the product and the packaging must arrive at our facilities in the same condition in which they were received. Bohemian in the same condition in which they were received. Once checked at destination, Bohemian will refund the amount paid by the customer, from which will be deducted the following amounts for transport and handling costs (except in cases where the customer returns the item by their own means):
Mainland Spain and Portugal: 8,00 €.
Balearic Islands: 15,00 €.
If the shoes are returned in a different state than the original, Bohemian will not make the refund of the amount paid, but the return of the shoes to the customer; in this case, it will be the customer who will be responsible for the payment of the postage of the new shipment.
SIZE EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCEDURE (CONDITIONS FOR MAINLAND SPAIN, BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL)
Both returns and exchanges must be initiated by completing and submitting the form provided at the bottom of this page(Click here to get to the form).
To request SIZE CHANGEAfter filling out the form, Bohemian will respond to your request telling you how to proceed. It is very simple and I will summarize it below:
An operator of the transport company (MRW) will come to your home to deliver the new pair, picking up the old one at the same time. You will have to pack the shoes in the original bag or any other bag and close it with packing tape to protect the contents. You do not need to include any label.
NOTE: Bohemian will make a single attempt at collection, within the time indicated by the customer on the form (morning or afternoon). In the event that the items cannot be picked up by the carrier due to absence at the address at the time indicated by the customer, the customer undertakes to return them at his own expense.
When what you want is a RETURNyou must fill in the form that exists for this purpose in the "Returns and Exchanges" section of the website.
In the form, you must indicate if you want MRW to pick up the shoes at your home, if you prefer to drop them off at the MRW office of your choice, or if you want to return them on your own.
Bohemian will not accept returns that are not made in accordance with this section. Similarly, shoes that are returned with signs of use or deterioration will not be accepted. In both cases, the company will deposit the shoes returned by the customer at the MRW office at C/Jazmín 38 in Madrid. The customer will be responsible for contacting that office to recover them personally or request that they be sent to him/her, taking charge of the shipping costs.
NOTE: Refunds corresponding to 2×1 promotional sales will be applied to the total amount of the order.
SIZE EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCEDURE (CONDITIONS FOR THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA)
Both exchanges and returns must be initiated by completing and submitting the form provided at the bottom of this page.
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the exchange of an item will be processed as a RETURN and new purchase.
RETURN TIME
The customer may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been used, is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Returns that exceed the indicated period will not be accepted, being the customer responsible for recovering the shoes personally or requesting that they be sent to him/her, being responsible for the shipping costs in this case.
REFUNDS
We are sure you will love our shoes. However, if for any reason this is not the case, Bohemian we will proceed to reimburse you the amount paid in a time not exceeding 7 working days from the reception of this.
For a return to be accepted, please note the following points:
- The shoes must not have been worn or damaged and must be properly packed.
- The sole must be intact. To preserve the sole and the integrity of the shoe intact, we recommend that you always try them on with a shoehorn on a non-abrasive surface (ideally a carpet). This aspect is very important.
- The packaging must be received at our offices in the same condition in which you received it. In case of damage, the amount of 5 € will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Size Exchange / Return Form
CONDITIONS FOR THE REST OF DESTINATIONS (Orders outside mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal)
For orders placed from outside mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal, size changes will always be managed as a return and new purchase. The refund of the amount of your order will be made once the reception of the product in its original state has been confirmed.
The return procedure is simple:
To request a return you have to send us an email to dev@bohemian-shoes.com indicating that you are going to make a return, the reference of your order and the reason for the return.
Upon receipt of the reply from Bohemian (within 24 / 48 hours on working days), the customer must send the items by registered mail to the following address:

We recommend providing Bohemian with the tracking number of the shipment, in order to guarantee its traceability. Once we have received the items in our warehouse and checked their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid; the refund will be made within a period not exceeding 10 working days.
IMPORTANT:
- We recommend that you return the items by a procedure that allows you to have a tracking number for the shipment.
- Bohemian products undergo several quality controls during their manufacture. However, if any manufacturing defect is found, the customer must communicate it to the e-mail address info@bohemian-shoes.com within 24/48 hours after receiving the item. Once we receive the answer from our customer service, the item will be returned by the customer. Once received in our warehouse, the amount of the return will be refunded to the customer and BOHEMIAN will proceed to send a new product (or the refund of the amount, if there is no stock in stock).
